Plant was manufactured in 2007/2008 and never placed into service. Most equipment is in New Braunfels, TX, some coolers in Oklahoma and cold box in New Iberia, LA. Sold as is where is. All documentation available. Refurbishment bid available. Can be ready to install in 6 months.
